Accessories — 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We build every accessory to the same standard as everything else we make. If yours doesn't meet it, we'll make it right.
Return any accessory — headcovers, ball markers, divot tools, putter grips, face inserts, hats, putter shafts, or putter cups — within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. No questions asked.
To qualify:
- Request your return within 30 days of the delivery date
- Item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging
- Return shipping is covered by the customer
- Original shipping charges (if any were paid) are non-refundable
This guarantee applies to accessories only. Putters are built to order — see "Putters" below.
Putters
Every DRVN putter is built to order, so putters are not eligible for return. Every putter is covered by the DRVN Defect Warranty below, so you are protected if something is wrong.
DRVN Defect Warranty: Every putter is covered for 12 months from delivery against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. If your putter arrives damaged or defective, contact us at cory@drvngolfco.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will repair or replace it at no cost, including shipping. Defects found after 7 days but within 12 months are repaired or replaced once we confirm the defect. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, modification, or accidental damage.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at cory@drvngolfco.com so we can make it right.
How to start a return
Email cory@drvngolfco.com with your order number to request a return. Once approved, we'll send instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without an approved return request will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days, less any original shipping charges. It can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
Exceptions
Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
