Shipping policy

SHIPPING

Every order placed with DRVN Golf Co. is handled with the same attention to detail as the products themselves.

Orders over $115 ship free within the contiguous United States. Orders below $115 ship at a flat rate of $9.99.

Accessories, inserts, grips, headcovers, and hats that are in stock are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of purchase. If an item is temporarily out of stock or on pre-order, we will email you with an updated ship date.

Putters are built to order and typically ship within 3 to 5 business days of purchase. Build times can run longer during busy periods or limited releases, and we will email you if your order will take longer than expected. This is not a delay. It is how we ensure every putter leaves in the condition it should.

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Japan and South Korea, with rates shown at checkout. If you live outside of these areas, contact us and we will go over the options to get your product to you.

RETURNS

We want you to be confident in every purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.

Accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price, provided they are unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with original packaging intact. Return shipping is covered by the customer. Anything else is eligible for store credit or handled case by case. Contact us and we will make it right.

Putters are built to order and are not eligible for return once shipped. Every putter is backed by the DRVN Defect Warranty: if your putter arrives damaged or with a defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair or replace it at no cost. Manufacturing defects are covered for 12 months from delivery. See our Refund policy for full warranty terms.

Heritage Collection pieces are final sale given their limited and individually numbered nature.
