GATED SIX

A divot tool shaped by the feel of the gated shifter era.

The Gated Six takes its form from the aluminum shift knobs found in the great manual supercars of the nineties. Rounded, weighted, and sized for the hand rather than the eye. A form arrived at through function rather than styling, which is exactly why it felt so right and why it has never stopped looking correct.

A gated shifter had its own language. The lever moved through polished metal channels with a clean, deliberate note. You could feel the gearbox working through your palm. Each selection was physical, committed, and completely honest about what the car was doing underneath you. Anyone who spent time around performance cars of that period remembers the sound and the rhythm of it. The way a well-executed shift felt different from every other mechanical interaction in the car.

Machined from 303 stainless steel and finished in silver PVD, the Gated Six carries the weight and clarity of a proper mechanical part. The six-speed shift pattern etched into the cap is the same layout that appeared in the magazines, on the posters, and in the cockpits of the cars that mattered most during that era. A single central prong. Nothing unnecessary. The whole tool shaped by the same philosophy as the object it references.
